| Gerson 2737 Particulate Respirator Type N95 NIOSH Approved Protection: N-95 Particulate filter (95% filter effiency level) effective against aerosols free of oil; time use restrictions may apply.. Cautions and Limitations: Not for use in atmospheres Containing less than 19.5% oxygen. Not for use in atmospheres immediately dangerous to life or health. Do not exceed maximum use concentrations established by regulatory standards. Failure to properly use and maintain this product could result in injury or death. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for changing cartridges and/or filters. All approved respiratiors shall be selected, fitted, used and maintained in accordance with MSHA, OSHA and other applicable regulations. Never substitute, modify, add or omit parts. Use exact replacement parts in the confiuration as specified by the manufacturer. Refer to users instructions and/or maintenance manuals for information on use and maintenance of thse respirators. Warnings: A properly selected respirator is essential to protect your health. Before using this or any product consult an individual Hygienist or Occupational Safety Professional to determine its suitability for your intended use. This product will not protect against gasses or vapors. Do not use in spray paint operations. Do not use in sand blasting operations. Do not use for protections against asbestos. This product does not supply oxygen. Use this respirator in a well ventilated areas containing sufficient oxygen to support life. Leave work area immediately if breathing becomes difficult, or dizziness or other signs of distress occur. If user has any illness or disorders, consult a licensed medical doctor to determine sutability of use. Facial hair and certain facial characteristics may prohibit effective use of this product. Use only in accordance with instructions, labels and limitations relating to this product. Do not alter or modify this product in any way. Follow the manufacturer's instructions for fitting the respirator to the face. Filtering facepieces are to be inspected prior to each use to assure there are no holes in the breathing zone other than the punctures around the staples and no damage has occured. Enlarged holes resulting from ripped or torn filter material around staple punctures are considered damage. This respirator has been tested and small punctures around the staples are normal and do not interfere with the respirator compliance with Part 84 approval requirements. |
